Ingredients

  • 1 pear slice
  • 20 gm walnuts
  • 30 gm hung curd
  • 2-3 tbsp. Hershey’s Caramel Syrup to drizzle
  • Salt, pepper, and chili flakes to taste
  • 1 Croissant

Directions

  • 1. Cut & core the pear into slices & bake in a pre-heated oven with a drizzle of Hershey’s Caramel Syrup until soft
  • 2. Slit the croissant lengthwise and place the pear
  • 3. Garnish with chopped walnuts and dollop the hung curd mixed with Hershey’s Caramel Syrup & Serve
