The happiest communities are those where all their members can thrive.

We strive to enhance the places where we live and work through programs that support basic needs, improve education and advance community development. Our remarkable people show up in their communities every day, volunteering hundreds of thousands of hours each year for the causes they care about.

When we all pitch in to make a difference, our shared communities flourish.

Feature Story

Gardening for Good

As a company that does business across the globe, we look for opportunities to spread goodness in every corner of the world. But we also find a creative and organic way to make a difference in our own backyard.

All Hands On Deck

Hershey employees are incredibly generous, dedicating their time and resources to causes they care about. In 2017, our employees raised over $1.8 million for our key nonprofit partners and volunteered more than 130,000 hours. We also know that the professional skills that make a difference for Hershey also make a difference in communities. That’s why we’re helping small and growing food companies in West Africa and partnering with local nonprofits to help build their capacity.
