Ingredients

5 lbs. white cake mix (without pudding in the mix)
30 fl. oz. water
1 lb. 10 oz. (15 large) eggs
13-1/3 fl. oz. vegetable oil
10 fl. oz. Sunny Sky Products JOLLY RANCHER Blue Raspberry Slush Concentrate*
.30 oz. (150 drops) blue food coloring
-- Whipped cream topping
6 oz. JOLLY RANCHER Sprinkles, divided (Item# 23522)

Directions

    1. Heat oven according to package directions. Line muffin pans (2-1/2 inches in diameter) with paper baking cups.
    2. Mix cake mix, water, eggs and vegetable oil in 20 qt. bowl of mixer fitted with paddle attachment on medium speed 2 minutes. Gradually add JOLLY RANCHER Blue Raspberry Slush Concentrate and food coloring; continue mixing on low speed. Stop mixer. Scrape bowl and paddle. Mix on low speed 2 minutes. DO NOT OVER MIX. Evenly divide and deposit batter into prepared baking cups (1-1/2 oz.).
    3. Bake as directed on package or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pans to wire rack. Cool completely. When ready to serve, garnish with whipped cream topping and JOLLY RANCHER Sprinkles.

    VARIATIONS*
    Add the following in place of Sunny Sky Products JOLLY RANCHER Blue Raspberry Slush Concentrate and blue food coloring:

    GREEN APPLE--Sunny Sky Products JOLLY RANCHER Green Apple Slush Concentrate plus .25 oz. (125 drops) green food coloring and .08 oz. (40 drops) yellow food coloring.

    WATERMELON--Sunny Sky Products JOLLY RANCHER Watermelon Slush Concentrate plus .10 oz. (50 drops) red food coloring.

    CHERRY--Sunny Sky Products JOLLY RANCHER Cherry Slush Concentrate plus .20 oz. (100 drops) red food coloring.
