Lightly spray one 18x26-inch full sheet pan with vegetable cooking spray. Place pan extender on prepared pan. Measure cereal in large bowl. Set aside.
Melt butter in large heavy-bottomed saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows and corn syrup. Cook, stirring constantly, until marshmallows are melted. Remove from heat.
Pour mixture over cereal, mixing until well coated. Stir in 3 lbs. (8 cups) JOLLY RANCHER Sprinkles. Quickly press mixture into prepared pan, using buttered spatula or wax paper. Garnish with additional JOLLY RANCHER Sprinkles. Cool completely. Cut into 2-inch squares. Cover; store at room temperature.
