Ingredients

3 lbs. crisp rice cereal
1 lb. 8 oz. salted butter
6 lbs. miniature marshmallows
10-2/3 fl. oz. light corn syrup
3 lbs. JOLLY RANCHER Sprinkles (Item# 23522)
1-1/2 oz. additional JOLLY RANCHER Sprinkles (Item# 23522) for sprinkling on top

Directions

    1. Lightly spray one 18x26-inch full sheet pan with vegetable cooking spray. Place pan extender on prepared pan. Measure cereal in large bowl. Set aside.
    2. Melt butter in large heavy-bottomed saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows and corn syrup. Cook, stirring constantly, until marshmallows are melted. Remove from heat.
    3. Pour mixture over cereal, mixing until well coated. Stir in 3 lbs. (8 cups) JOLLY RANCHER Sprinkles. Quickly press mixture into prepared pan, using buttered spatula or wax paper. Garnish with additional JOLLY RANCHER Sprinkles. Cool completely. Cut into 2-inch squares. Cover; store at room temperature.
