Ingredients

TRUFFLES
1 lb. 8 oz. (4 cups) HERSHEY'S SPECIAL DARK Chocolate Chips (Item# 14122)
12 oz. (1-1/2 cups) heavy cream
COATING*
3-1/2 oz. (1 cup) sifted HERSHEY'S Cocoa, Natural (Item# 63505)
6 Tbsp. sifted powdered sugar

Directions

    1. Prepare TRUFFLES: Combine HERSHEY'S SPECIAL DARK Chocolate Chips and heavy cream in large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at HIGH (100%) 1 minute; stir. If necessary, microwave an additional 15 seconds at a time, stirring after each heating, until chips are melted and mixture is smooth when stirred.
    2. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
    3. Prepare COATING*: Stir together sifted HERSHEY'S Cocoa and sifted powdered sugar in large bowl; set aside.
    4. Using #60 scoop, shape truffle mixture into 1-inch balls. Roll each ball in COATING and/or various coatings of your choice. Cover; store in refrigerator.
    *other coatings can replace cocoa mixture such as HERSHEY'S Mini Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, HEATH Toffee Bits, toasted coconut, chopped nuts, powdered sugar, small candy pieces, etc.
