HERSHEY'S Cocoa, Natural (Item# 63505)


10-1/2 oz. (6 large) eggs
12 fl. oz. milk
3 oz. sugar
1 oz. HERSHEY'S Cocoa, Natural (Item# 63505)
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon (optional)
-- Salted butter
16 to 20 pieces thickly sliced bread
-- Powdered sugar (optional)
-- Pancake syrup (optional)


    1. Using wire whisk, stir together eggs, milk, sugar, HERSHEY'S Cocoa, vanilla, salt and cinnamon, if desired, in large bowl, blending well.
    2. Heat griddle or skillet over medium-low heat. Grease griddle with butter, if necessary.
    3. Dip bread in egg mixture. Place on griddle. Cook approximately 2 to 4 minutes on each side. Serve immediately with powdered sugar or pancake syrup, if desired.
