Ingredients

1 lb. 11 oz. all-purpose baking mix
10-1/2 oz. eggs
24 fl. oz. milk
9 oz. HERSHEY'S Mini Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, 4000 ct. (Item# 61225)
-- Salted butter (optional)
-- Powdered sugar or pancake syrup (optional)

Directions

    1. Using wire whisk, stir together baking mix, eggs and milk in a large bowl until smooth. Stir in HERSHEY'S Mini Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips.
    2. Heat griddle or skillet over medium-low heat. Lightly spray griddle with vegetable cooking spray. For each pancake, pour 1/3 cup batter onto prepared hot griddle; cook until bubbles appear. Turn; cook other side until lightly browned. (For thinner pancakes, add 1/2 fl. oz. (1 tablespoon) milk to the batter. Pancakes should be at least 1/4-inch thick.)
    3. Serve warm with butter, if desired. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or top with syrup, if desired.
