4 fl. oz. vegetable oil
1 lb. 8 oz. chopped onion
4 lbs. ground beef or ground turkey
1 oz. HERSHEY'S Cocoa, Natural (Item# 63505)
1 oz. chili powder
4 tsp. ground cayenne pepper
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground allspice
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
7 lbs. whole tomatoes, undrained
1 lb. 8 oz. tomato paste
16 fl. oz. water
6 oz. HERSHEY'S MINI KISSES Milk Chocolates (Item# 14625)
3 lbs. 8 oz. dark red kidney beans, undrained
28 (8 oz. each) mini bread boules, hollowed out


    1. Heat oil over medium heat in large heavy-bottomed saucepan; add onion. Cook, stirring frequently, 3 minutes or until tender. Add meat, cook until brown. Drain.
    2. Stir in HERSHEY'S Cocoa, chili powder, cayenne pepper, salt, allspice, cinnamon, tomatoes with liquid, tomato paste and water; heat to boiling. Reduce heat. Add HERSHEY'S MINI KISSES Milk Chocolates and beans; simmer 30 minutes.
    3. Ladle chili (approximately 1 cup each) into prepared bread bowls. Garnish as desired.
