  • 3 lbs.
    crisp rice cereal
  • 1 lb. 8 oz.
    salted butter
  • 6 lbs.
    miniature marshmallows
  • 2 lbs. 8 oz.
    HEATH Toffee Bits, fine grind (Item# 60551)
  • 10-2⁄3 fl. oz.
    light corn syrup
  • 15 oz.
    HEATH English Toffee Bits with Chocolate, medium grind (Item# 60805)

Lightly spray one 18x26-inch full sheet pan with vegetable cooking spray. Place pan extender on prepared pan. Measure cereal in large bowl. Set aside.

Melt butter in large heavy-bottomed saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows, HEATH Toffee Bits, fine grind and corn syrup, stirring constantly until marshmallows are melted. (The toffee may not melt completely.) Remove from heat.

Pour mixture over cereal, mixing until well coated. Quickly press mixture into prepared pan, using butter spatula or wax paper. Immediately sprinkle HEATH English Toffee Bits with Chocolate over surface, pressing down slightly. Cool completely. Cut into 2-inch squares. Cover; store at room temperature.
