Directions

1

Heat convection oven to 300°F (standard oven: 350°F). Lightly spray one 18x26-inch full sheet pan with vegetable cooking spray. Place parchment paper on prepared sheet pan.

2

Stir together flour and powdered sugar in large bowl. Using your fingers, a fork or a pastry cutter, work butter into dry ingredients until crumbly. Press mixture into prepared pan. Bake 15 minutes.

3

Mix sweetened condensed milk, eggs and vanilla in 20 qt. bowl of mixer fitted with paddle attachment until well blended. Stir in 2 lbs. (5-1/3 cups) HEATH Toffee Bits and pecans; pour over prepared crust.

4

Bake 25 minutes* or until golden. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.

5

Combine HERSHEY'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips and shortening in large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at MEDIUM (50%) 30 seconds; stir. If necessary, microwave at MEDIUM an additional 15 seconds at a time, stirring after each heating, just until chips are melted and mixture is smooth. Drizzle over bars. Sprinkle with additional HEATH Toffee Bits. Allow drizzle to set; cut into 3-inch squares.

Tip

Step 4: If using convection oven, rotate pan one-half turn (180°) after 15 minutes of baking.
