1 lb. 2 oz. all-purpose baking mix
7 oz. (4 large) eggs
16 fl. oz. milk
6 oz. JOLLY RANCHER Sprinkles (Item# 23522)
-- Whipped cream topping
-- Additional JOLLY RANCHER Sprinkles (Item# 23522)


    1. Using wire whisk, stir together baking mix, eggs and milk in large bowl until smooth. Stir in JOLLY RANCHER Sprinkles.
    2. Heat griddle over medium-low heat. Lightly spray griddle with vegetable cooking spray. Using #24 scoop, drop batter onto prepared hot griddle; cook until bubbles appear. Turn; cook other side until lightly browned.*
    3. Serve warm with dollop of whipped cream topping. Sprinkle additional JOLLY RANCHER Sprinkles. Serve immediately.
    *You will want to use pancake batter soon; moisture will make the candy 'bleed'.
