Fudgy Chocolate & Pistachio Cookies

Made with HERSHEY'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (Item# 61125)

Ingredients

6 lbs. fudge brownie mix
8 oz. (1 cup) unsalted butter, softened
7 oz. (4 whole) eggs
8 oz. (1 cup) water
1 lb. 8 oz. (4 cups) HERSHEY'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, 1000 ct. (Item# 61125)
12 oz. (2 cups) pistachio nuts, shelled

Directions

    1. Heat convection oven to 300°F (standard oven: 350°F). Lightly spray sheet pans with vegetable cooking spray. Place parchment paper on prepared sheet pans.
    2. With paddle attachment, mix together brownie mix (dry), butter and eggs in large mixer bowl. Slowly add water, mixing until combined. Stir in HERSHEY'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips and pistachio nuts. Mix on low speed 1 minute, scraping bowl occasionally. Cover; refrigerate dough 1 hour. Using #24 scoop drop dough onto prepared sheet pans.
    3. Bake 10 to 12 minutes.* Cool completely on sheet pans.
    *If using convection oven, rotate sheet pans one-half turn (180°) after 6 minutes of baking.
