1 lb. 2 oz. light brown sugar
7-1/2 oz. all-purpose flour
1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
10-1/2 oz. eggs, slightly beaten
1 lb. 2 oz. HERSHEY'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, 1000 ct. (Item# 61125)
12 oz. coarsely chopped walnuts
3 pie crusts (9-inch), baked and cooled
12 fl. oz. chilled heavy cream
3 Tbsp. powdered sugar
3/4 tsp. vanilla extract
3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg


    1. Heat convection oven to 300°F (standard oven: 350°F).
    2. Mix together brown sugar, flour, baking powder and cinnamon in 20 qt. bowl of mixer fitted with paddle attachment. Mix on low speed 30 seconds. Gradually add eggs; mixing until fully incorporated. Stir in HERSHEY'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips and walnuts. Evenly divide batter into each baked pie crusts.
    3. Bake 25 to 30 minutes* or until lightly browned and set. Serve slightly warm or at room temperature with SPICED CREAM. Makes 8 servings per pie.
    4. Prepare SPICED CREAM: Blend chilled heavy cream, powdered sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg in 8 qt. bowl of mixer fitted with whisk attachment until stiff peaks form.
    *If using convection oven, rotate pans one-half turn (180°) after 15 minutes of baking.
