    all-purpose flour

    baking powder
  • 3⁄4 tsp.
    ground cinnamon

    eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 lb. 2 oz.
    HERSHEY'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, 1000 ct. (Item# 61125)
  • 12 oz.
    coarsely chopped walnuts

    pie crusts (9-inch), baked and cooled
  • SPICED CREAM
  • 12 fl. oz.
    chilled heavy cream
  • 3 Tbsp.
    powdered sugar
  • 3⁄4 tsp.
    vanilla extract
  • 3⁄4 tsp.
    ground cinnamon
  • 1⁄4 tsp.
    ground nutmeg

Heat convection oven to 300°F (standard oven: 350°F).

Mix together brown sugar, flour, baking powder and cinnamon in 20 qt. bowl of mixer fitted with paddle attachment. Mix on low speed 30 seconds. Gradually add eggs; mixing until fully incorporated. Stir in HERSHEY'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips and walnuts. Evenly divide batter into each baked pie crusts.

Bake 25 to 30 minutes* or until lightly browned and set. Serve slightly warm or at room temperature with SPICED CREAM. Makes 8 servings per pie.

Prepare SPICED CREAM: Blend chilled heavy cream, powdered sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg in 8 qt. bowl of mixer fitted with whisk attachment until stiff peaks form.

Step 3: If using convection oven, rotate pans one-half turn (180°) after 15 minutes of baking.
