Ingredients

6 lbs. brownie mix
3 lbs. HERSHEY'S Mini Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, 4000 ct. (Item# 61225)
-- HERSHEY'S SPECIAL DARK Syrup, Bottle (Item# 31850)
1 gallon chocolate or vanilla ice cream, slightly softened or soft-serve ice cream, divided
-- Whipped cream topping
-- Sprinkles
-- Additional HERSHEY'S Mini Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, 4000 ct. (Item# 61225)
20 maraschino cherries, divided

Directions

    1. Heat oven according to package directions. Lightly spray one 18x26-inch full sheet pan with vegetable cooking spray. Place parchment paper on prepared sheet pan.
    2. Prepare brownie mix as directed on package for fudgelike brownies. Stir in HERSHEY'S Mini Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips into batter. Spread brownie batter into prepared pan.
    3. Bake according to package directions. Remove brownie from oven to wire rack; cool completely. Cut brownies into 3-inch squares.
    4. To assemble each sundae: Drizzle plate with HERSHEY'S SPECIAL DARK Syrup. Place 1 brownie square in center of plate. Using #20 scoop, place ice cream on brownie square. Place another brownie square on top of ice cream, pressing slightly. Drizzle with more HERSHEY'S SPECIAL DARK Syrup. Garnish with whipped cream topping, sprinkles, additional HERSHEY'S Mini Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips and cherry. Serve immediately
