Attach copies of distributor invoices to the completed rebate form, clearly identifying the eligible Hershey Foodservice products.
All distributor invoices must include the distributor's name and establishment name. Distributor reports will be accepted if they show customer information (name, address, purchase dates, manufacturer products, SKUs or brand names).
All rebate forms must be postmarked by October 31st, 2022.
Terms & Conditions
Terms and Conditions: This offer is limited to foodservice operators purchasing through distributors. This offer is limited to one rebate submission per operator. Rebate requests must be submitted individually by foodservice operators. No bulk submissions or third-party submissions will be accepted. Purchases must be made in full-case quantities to qualify. This offer cannot be combined with other rebates, allowances, bid programs or national account contracts. The maximum rebate is $250 per location; all rules apply. Multi-unit operators may submit rebate requests for all stores if units are listed with products and purchase amounts. Rebate forms with proof of purchase must be Postmarked date of October 31st, 2022. Hershey Foodservice reserves the right to audit requests for payment. Allow four weeks to receive your check(s). This offer is void where prohibited, taxed or otherwise regulated.
