Ingredients

  • 100 ml Hershey’s Chocolate Syrup
  • 110 gm butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 140 gm caster sugar
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla essence
  • 4 tbsp. Hershey’s Cocoa Powder

Directions

  • 1. Butter ramekins and keep aside
  • 2. In a bowl, mix Hershey’s Chocolate Syrup and butter
  • 3. In a separate bowl combine egg, sugar, vanilla essence & flour. Add the chocolate mixture & mix until blended
  • 4. Pour the batter in the ramekins and place it on the baking tray
  • 5. Bake at 160 C for 7 minutes, till the tops are firm and cracked but the chocolate beneath is hot and gooey
  • 6. Serve hot with ice-cream
