We work to help those in need by supporting numerous non-profit organizations, through financial and product donations, and organizational support. Our employees and retirees are active partners in these efforts, volunteering their time and giving generously to make a positive difference where it's most needed.

Our philanthropic efforts are focused on kids at risk, carrying forth our founder's concern for children in need. We contribute to numerous organizations that work to enrich lives in our local and global communities - including health and human services, education, diversity and cocoa communities. Key Partnerships

We have a long-standing relationship with United Way. United Way is dedicated to addressing the needs of local communities, with a focus on helping improve access to healthcare, promoting self-sufficiency and strengthening families. Hershey's combined annual company, employee and retiree contribution of approximately over $1.5 million helps hundreds of United Way agencies and organizations in the communities where our employees live and work in the United States and internationally. We've also funded international disaster relief through United Way International.

Hershey has partnered with the Children's Miracle Network (CMN) for over 20 years. CMN is a non-profit alliance of children's hospitals dedicated to providing state-of-the-art care, life-saving research and preventative education across North America. Through the dedicated efforts of Hershey employees and retirees, millions of dollars have been raised to fund CMN's efforts.
