HERSHEY, Pa., Nov. 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Hershey Company today
introduced Hershey's Kissables candy, a new twist to a classic chocolate
favorite - Hershey's Kisses chocolates. Hershey's Kissables are miniature
candy-coated versions of one of the world's most recognizable brands. These
colorful, fun-able candies, blue, red, yellow, green, and orange, come in
convenient, single-serve packaging.
"Hershey's Kissables candies deliver the power of Kisses to new retail
channels, such as convenience stores, and the packaging means consumers can
enjoy them on-the-go, on any occasion," said Jay Cooper, Vice President,
Chocolate, The Hershey Company. "Hershey's Kissables candies bring this
iconic brand to new occasions and new retail outlets, and besides, they're
just plain fun-able."
Available in single-serve and take-home packages, Kissables candies will
be a hit with both consumers and retail customers. The launch of Hershey's
Kissables single-serve packaging will add a new dimension to the Kisses brand
presence within the growing convenience store segment. Hershey's Kissables
candies will be available across the globe - as they will also be launched in
Canada, Mexico, South America, and Asia.
In addition, Hershey's Kissables will take to the track at Daytona
