HERSHEY, Pa. - The Board of Directors of Hershey Foods Corporation today declared quarterly dividends of $.24 per share on the Common Stock and $.2175 per share on the Class B Common Stock. The dividends are payable March 15, 1999, to stockholders of record February 24, 1999. It is the 277th consecutive dividend on the Common Stock and the 58th consecutive dividend on the Class B Common Stock.
