| HERSHEY, Pa. -- The Board of Directors of Hershey Foods Corporation today declared quarterly dividends of $.24 per share on the Common Stock and $.2175 per share on the Class B Common Stock. The dividends are payable June 15, 1999, to stockholders of record May 24, 1999. It is the 278th consecutive dividend on the Common Stock and the 59th consecutive dividend on the Class B Common Stock. |
