HERSHEY, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 9, 2009-- The Board of Directors of The Hershey Company (NYSE:HSY) today declared quarterly dividends of $0.2975 on the Common Stock and $0.2678 on the Class B Common Stock. The dividends are payable December 15, 2009, to stockholders of record November 25, 2009. It is the 320th consecutive regular dividend on the Common Stock and the 101st consecutive regular dividend on the Class B Common Stock.
