HERSHEY, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 17, 2009-- The Board of Directors of The Hershey Company (NYSE: HSY) today declared quarterly dividends of $0.2975 on the Common Stock and $0.2678 on the Class B Common Stock. The dividends are payable March 13, 2009, to stockholders of record February 25, 2009. It is the 317th consecutive regular dividend on the Common Stock and the 98th consecutive regular dividend on the Class B Common Stock.
