1. Download the Supplier Registration Form by clicking here
2. Complete all fields in the form and save the document. This file should be renamed as "thc_supplier_app__MMDDYY" where MMDDYY indicates the date of the application.
3. Email the completed form via email attachment to supplierdiversity@hersheys.com.

If there is a current need for your product or service, Hershey's Sourcing Team may contact you. If there is not an immediate need, your information will be retained in our database for future reference.
