| All requests must be submitted in writing.
For funding requests under $5,000
Please be sure your proposal includes the following:
- Short description of the organization and its purpose
- Copy of IRS determination letter confirming 501(c)(3) non-profit status
- List of organization’s key management and board of directors
- Latest audited financial statements
- Amount of support requested
- Short description and proposed timeline of the project for which you are seeking funding
- List of other funding sources and support amounts for this project. Include cash, in-kind and volunteer services.
- List of The Hershey Company employees who currently volunteer for your organization
- DO NOT send videotapes or unsolicited information
